A classic Thai Red Curry dry rub with mild heat and exotic Asian spices
  • This rub is inspired by the many and varied Thai Street food shops found in the Banglamphu area of old Bangkok.

    Uses:
    Great with chicken and pork

    Use it on the meats before making a fantastic and fragrant Thai curry.

  • Ingredients:
    Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Sea Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Ginger, Sugar, Oregano, Lemongrass, Galangal, Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon, Star Anise and Rice Flour

    Packaging:
    The rub comes in an attractive 8.5cm aluminium tin containing 40g of rub - this should easily coat around 10-12 chicken breasts. It's best used within 2 years of opening as long as it's kept in the tin.
