  • Herbes de la Garrigue is similar to the more famous herb blend from Provence but with the additions of Sage, Fennel, Mint and Bay leaves. Garrigue is a term for the scrubland bordering the Mediterranean in Southwestern France, Use Herbes de la Garrigue anywhere you’d like some of the intense flavours of Southwestern France.

    Baking bread? Add a generous portion when making the dough for a treat

    The herbs come in stylish stay-fresh pouches containing 20g of herbs. It's best used within 2 years of opening as long as it's kept in the pouch.

    A classic french dish that has fallen out of favour over the past 20 years. But it packs so much flavour that it's due for a revival. Serve with crusty bread, potatoes and greens.
