    Uses:
    Superb with all meats

    Rub a generous portion into apork shoulder and roast slow and low for a real treat
    Also great to liven up roasted vegetables and potatoes

  • Ingredients:
    Cumin, Garlic, Turmeric, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Onion, Oregano and Rice Flour

    Allergens:
    Mustard

    Packaging:
    The rub comes in an attractive 8.5cm aluminium tin containing 35g of rub - this should easily coat around 10-12 chicken breasts. It's best used within 2 years of opening as long as it's kept in the tin.
