A classic blend of delicately fragranced herbs for use in sauces and lighter dishes
  • Normally containing fresh herbs, we’ve created this dried version for your convenience to use with eggs and pasta dishes.

    Uses:
    Great with eggs, pasta dishes and dressings

    Omelette aux Fines Herbes – just add the Fines Herbes to the egg before cooking
    Add to bechemel sauce for a vibrantly coloured and flavoured sauce

  • Ingredients:
    Chervil, Chives, Parsley, Tarragon and Marjoram

    Packaging:
    The herbs come in an attractive 8.5cm aluminium tin containing 14g of herbs. It's best used within 2 years of opening as long as it's kept in the tin.
