    RUBS

    ❖ The Satay Club (60g)
A versatile Satay rub named after the street food hawkers originally found close to Raffles Hotel in Singapore. It’s hard to find a street corner in Singapore, Indonesia or Malaysia that isn’t sizzling to the smell of freshly cooked Chicken, Beef or Pork Satay.

    ❖ The Brazilian (50g)
A Tempero Baiano Spice blend from Bahia that brings the favela to your table. Originating in the Northeast region of Brazil, Tempero Baiano varies from region to region, and chef to chef, but is now used all over the country.

❖ Rub Me Long Time (60g)
A classic Thai Red Curry dry rub with mild heat and exotic Asian spices. This rub is inspired by the many and varied Thai Street food shops found in the Banglamphu area of old Bangkok.

    ❖ Fidel's Revolution Rub (60g)
Bring the revolution to your table with the fusion of cultures in Cuban cooking. Caribbean, Spanish and African influences blend together to bring about a unique Cuban style found among many of the Street food stalls in Havana.

    ❖ Montreal Canadien (60g)
A versatile Steak rub with Gallic flair from the culinary capital of Canada. Originating in the 1940’s in a Montreal Deli, the popularity of Montreal Steak Seasoning has now spread countrywide.

    Packaging:
The rubs come in stylish stay-fresh pouches. Each pouch holds enough rub to easily coat 20 portions. It's best used within 2 years of opening as long as it's kept in the pouch.
